Caramelized bread Pudding

Ingredients

1/4 and cup light brown sugar + 2 tbsp sugar

6 eggs (4 egg yolk separated and 2 whole eggs)

1 can (370 ml) Evaporated milk

1 can (390 g) Condense milk

8 Left over pandesal

1/4 cup powdered milk

Direction

-In a aluminum pan caramelized 1/4 sugar and set side

-Using blender combine milk, condense milk, 4 egg yolk and 2 whole eggs.

-Add powder milk and pandesal. Blend together until smooth.

-Strain the mixture and pour into acontainer

-Using bain marie (put 1 inch boiling water) Baked at preheated over 375 degree Fahrenheit for 30-40 mins until the pudding is firm in touch

-Or can be steam.
