2 1/2 (375 g) cups all purpose flour
2 1/4 (540 ml) cups condense milk
2 1/2 cups grated cheese
1 cup (220 g) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 (100 g) cup granulated sugar
3 XL eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
- Line muffin pans with baking paper cups.
- In a glass bowl sit twice all purpose flour, baking powder and fine salt.
- In another glass bowl of an electric mixer using a whisk attachment cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and eggs.
- Pour in condense milk, add in grated cheese and half of the grated cheese, whisk until smooth.
- Pour 3/4 mixture full, top with remaining grated cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Take out of the oven and cool.
