836 grams fruit cocktail
370 ml Evaporated milk
90 grams Clear jelly powder
- Drain fruit cocktail and put on a desire container and set aside.
( Note: Reserved gelatin syrup)
-In a Saucepan or Casserole combine reserved gelatin syrup and 1 cup water (250 ml), dissolved clear gelatin and add evaporated milk cook in a stove on a medium heat until it boils .
-Pour into prepared pan with fruit cocktail.
-Cool and Enjoy
