Ingredients

1 cup (135 grams) Flour

1 cup (135 grams) Cassava Flour

2 tsp Lye water

1 1/2 cup(300 grams) brown sugar

3 cups hot water

Directions

  • Dissolved brown sugar to hot water. add lye water. flour and cassava flour mix very well until no more lumps.
  • Pour into prepared baking cups and steam for 15-20 mins
  • Top with freshly grated coconut
