Pinoy Muffin

Ingredients

500 grams all purpose flour

300 grams light brown sugar

1 tsp (5 gram)  salt

3 tsp (15 grams) baking powder

1.5 tsp (7.5 grams) baking soda

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla

100 ml veg.oil

375 ml evap.milk

Direction

Mix and sift dry ingredients flour, baking powder,baking soda and salt.

In another container mix sugar,egg,oil, evap. milk, and vanilla until sugar is dissolved

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients until just incorporated.

Put into individual muffin cup 3/4 full.

Baked 200 degree celcius until toothpick inserted clean.
