Spanish Bangus

Ingredients

1/2 kg small bangus (clean,head and tail removed)

1 tsp pepper corns

1 tsp salt

1 cloves garlic

3 chile (optional)

1 medium size carrot

1 cup water

1/3 cup white vinegar

1 cup olive oil/ veg oil

Direction

Fry bangus set aside

In a pressure combine all the ingredients and cook the bangus 45 mins to 1 hr medium to low fire.
